1. Reservations & Payments
   • All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date will forfeit the deposit.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
   • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
   • Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
3. Liability
   • Guests are responsible for any damages to lodge property during their stay.
   • Rocky Hill Lodge is not liable for lost or stolen items.
4. Use of Website
   • Content on rockyhilllodge.com is for informational purposes only.
   • Unauthorized use of our site’s materials is prohibited.
